The Hole Ontology, November 2021 was a ‘Mark II’ proposal due to NZ lockdown restrictions and no access to a firing kiln.  Instead, the holey forms were produced from fermented sourdough.  This a humorous take on adapting mediums to these uncertain times (while highlighting the increasing interest in artisan bread baking during the pandemic).
