Return policy is simple: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact kiaora@karenwilde.art to request a return within 30 days for a full refund (return shipping costs are not included).
If your artwork hasn’t arrived within 3-7 working days, please email for assistance. I take extra care to package items well for safe delivery but in the unlikely event your artwork arrives damaged, I will be happy to help with any courier claims.
